Select from a range of homemade pasta, as Ciriole Norcina: semolina pasta in porcini mushrooms, sausage and truffle scent or the Margherite al Pistacchio di Bronte: walnuts and four cheeses ravioli in Bronte Pistachio sauce. The thin stretched crust pizzas are completely handmade from the dough to the robust sauce, using only high quality Italian 00 dorum wheat flour. Etna proposes fresh fish flown from Orbetello Bay: Seabass, Seabream, and Sole, all fished in a sustainable and protected environment. Do not forget the meat and the delightful desserts to feast on as our signature dessert: Tiramisu’ Al Pistacchio Di Bronte, classic tiramisu with authentic pistachio paste (from Bronte, Sicily).
